Requirements
- APA (Accredited Product Adviser) in General Insurance or Insurance Product Advice
- 5+ years’ experience in health insurance sales, employee benefits consulting or a related commercial role
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue growth in insurance or benefits
- Strong knowledge of the health insurance landscape across Ireland, the UK or broader EEA markets
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
