About the Role

As Behavioral Health Support Staff at Sevita's Echo Group Home, located near 91st Avenue and Glendale, you will work alongside our clinical team to put therapeutic and behavioral plans into action. This is a full-time, overnight position based in community, vocational, and in-home settings, with a pay rate of $16 hourly. You will provide direct support and practical strategies that help the individuals we serve build skills, independence, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized therapeutic and behavioral support plans in partnership with clinical staff.
• Offer day-to-day assistance and encouragement in community, vocational, and in-home environments.
• Apply approved strategies that promote each person's growth, safety, and well-being.
• Maintain a positive, respectful presence during overnight hours at the Glendale group home.
• Communicate observations and progress to the clinical team to keep care consistent.
