About the Role As a Behavioral Health Coach with intellect, you'll join our telehealth platform as an independent practitioner, guiding clients toward better mental wellbeing and personal development. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one telehealth coaching and mental health support to intellect's clients Concentrate on sub-clinical concerns such as workplace stress, procrastination, and maintaining work-life balance Help clients define and pursue meaningful goals across their personal lives, careers, and relationships Partner with our in-house clinical team, sharing feedback to refine the program and platform Qualifications An active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification, or a Master's degree / Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology Strong command of coaching methods and/or evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or SFBT ICF Coaches: a minimum of 200 logged coaching hours Counsellors and Clinical Psychologists: at least 300 post-graduation clinical hours Fluency in both English and the local language Preference given to those with background in EAP work, counselling working adults, or coaching individuals in managerial positions About intellect intellect is building a collaborative community of ICF Coaches, Clinical Psychologists, and counsellors dedicated to widening public access to quality mental health care.
