About the Role As a Behavioral Health Clinician within the Psych - Child Ambulatory department at Cambridge Health Alliance, you will provide outpatient mental health support in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. This is a part-time, hybrid position based at CHA Cambridge Hospital, scheduled at approximately 20 hours per week across day and evening shifts. On-site presence in Cambridge or the surrounding Massachusetts area is expected as clinical needs require. Key Responsibilities Deliver outpatient behavioral health and social work services to pediatric and adolescent patients and their families. Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing therapy, counseling, and care coordination within the Child Ambulatory program. Partner with psychiatrists, physicians, and care teams to support each patient's continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with department standards. Qualifications Active Massachusetts licensure as an LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC. Background in social work or behavioral health, ideally serving children and adolescents. Flexibility to work day and evening hours and to be on-site in Cambridge/Massachusetts as needed. Membership eligibility under the Union of Social Workers. Compensation LCSW: $36.98 – $51.07 per hour. LMHC / LICSW: $42.16 – $58.22 per hour.
