Key Responsibilities Provide individual and family behavioral health assessment and therapy to children in an ambulatory care environment. Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs. Coordinate care alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and the broader multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with department standards. Adapt scheduling to support patients during day and evening hours, both on-site and through hybrid arrangements. Qualifications Licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or comparable behavioral health credential in Massachusetts. Background in social work or clinical mental health, ideally with experience serving children and families. Comfort working in a collaborative, hybrid outpatient model with flexible day and evening availability. Willingness to travel to Cambridge and other Massachusetts locations for in-person care as needed.
