Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming phone, email, and internet leads from interested customers
• Schedule sales and service appointments while keeping the dealership calendar full
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and re-engage past contacts
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within dealership CRM systems
• Deliver friendly, professional service that reflects positively on the dealership brand

Qualifications
