Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Banking Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide a wide range of financial services to customers, including handling transactions, opening and managing accounts, providing product information, and resolving client inquiries. Your role is essential in delivering exceptional service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the bank.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 months of experience in banking, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
