We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound sales efforts, account management activities, and customer engagement initiatives across international markets.
Requirements
- Manage outbound sales outreach and prospect engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and account management.
- Support lead generation and sales pipeline activities using structured sales processes.
- Coordinate client follow-ups, meetings, and sales administration tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Handle multiple priorities and client accounts in a fast-paced global sales environment.
- Support business growth initiatives within the renewable energy sector.
