We are seeking a highly driven B2B Sales Development Representative with proven experience in tech and SaaS sales environments to build pipeline for a technology-driven business, focusing on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Requirements

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) targeting B2B tech and SaaS buyers
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and SaaS-specific pain points
  • Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Continuously test and optimize outreach messaging to improve conversion rates in competitive SaaS markets
