About the Role

As an Awake Overnight Direct Service Worker – Deaf Services, you will remain alert and attentive throughout overnight hours, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of the people we serve. Based in Framingham, Middlesex County, you become a trusted part of a residential community where your care and presence make a daily difference. The starting rate for this position is $19.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay awake and watchful during the overnight shift to safeguard residents and respond promptly to any needs that arise.
• Deliver hands-on, person-centered support that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life.
• Foster a calm, secure, and respectful living environment for individuals in our Deaf Services residence.
• Communicate effectively with residents and collaborate with fellow team members to maintain continuity of care.
• Document overnight observations and assist with routines as directed by the program.
