Semperis is looking for an experienced AVP of Commercial Sales to lead the commercial sales team focused on 2-5k user business throughout EMEA. The role involves coaching and development of a team of Commercial Sales Directors, generating net new ARR, and driving overall regional business strategy.

Requirements

  • Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
  • Sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry a plus
  • Prior proven experience building Commercial/Mid-Market sales teams
  • Understanding of the information security channel network of partners
  • Extensive knowledge of selling to Commercial/Mid-Market clients
  • Ability to travel required
