Semperis is looking for an experienced AVP of Commercial Sales to lead the commercial sales team focused on 2-5k user business throughout EMEA. The role involves coaching and development of a team of Commercial Sales Directors, generating net new ARR, and driving overall regional business strategy.
Requirements
- Previous enterprise software sales leadership experience in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry a plus
- Prior proven experience building Commercial/Mid-Market sales teams
- Understanding of the information security channel network of partners
- Extensive knowledge of selling to Commercial/Mid-Market clients
- Ability to travel required
