Availability Manager

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is hiring a full-time Availability Manager to lead corporate learning and development from its Salem, Marion County location.

About the Role

The Availability Manager serves as the primary owner of the corporate learning and development function within the Human Resources Operations Team. Based on-site in Salem, Marion County, this role drives organizational development across the enterprise, ensuring the workforce is equipped to meet the evolving demands of a mission-focused federal services environment. You will translate company priorities into structured learning strategies that build capability at every level.

What You'll Do

• Lead all aspects of the corporate learning and development function within HR Operations
• Implement comprehensive organizational development initiatives from design through execution
• Build and deliver training programs that address current skill gaps and anticipated business needs
• Facilitate change management efforts connected to learning and development transformations
• Regularly audit existing development programs to verify alignment with company goals and mission requirements
• Track, analyze, and report on the measurable effectiveness of leadership development activities
• Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize learning investments with strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing a corporate learning, organizational development, or workforce development function
• Proven ability to design, facilitate, and continuously improve training programs for diverse employee populations
• Working knowledge of change management principles and their practical application in large organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program outcomes and present data-backed insights
• Clear, confident communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Background operating within Human Resources or a similar operational team structure
