Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated machinery, conveyors, sensors, motors, and control components to ensure continuous operation. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using multimeters, software tools, and technical drawings. Respond quickly to equipment failures, diagnose root causes, and complete repairs or replacements with quality workmanship. Execute routine inspections, calibrations, and lubrication schedules while documenting all activities in the maintenance system. Collaborate with operations and engineering colleagues to improve system reliability and support continuous improvement initiatives. Follow lockout-tagout, PPE, and other site safety protocols at all times. Order or request parts as needed and assist with inventory accuracy for spares related to automation equipment.
