About the Role

As an Audit Associate based at our Commerce Park office in East Baton Rouge Parish, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of client engagements. This position blends fieldwork and in-office assignments, giving you exposure to audits, management services, and tax preparation while developing the technical skills that drive a long-term career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support audit engagements both on-site at client locations and from the office
• Assist with management services and advisory work as assigned
• Help prepare tax returns and related documentation
• Apply accounting knowledge accurately while learning firm procedures and standards
• Collaborate with team members and senior staff to deliver quality client work

Qualifications

• A college degree with a major or concentration in accounting
• Candidates who are actively pursuing completion of the CPA exam are preferred
• Willingness to work in the field as well as in the office
