About the Role

As an Attorney with De Castroverde Law Group, you will join our expanding Personal Injury department in Reno, Clark County. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a recently admitted attorney or someone early in their legal journey who is eager to grow within a collaborative, client-focused environment. You will gain hands-on experience while being supported by an experienced and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and advance personal injury matters on behalf of clients seeking fair outcomes
• Communicate clearly with clients in both English and Spanish to build trust and explain legal options
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case documentation
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff throughout the litigation process
• Represent clients in negotiations and proceedings as your experience develops

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and an active license to practice law
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Interest in or some exposure to Personal Injury law; newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A team-oriented mindset and a genuine commitment to client service
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Reno, Clark County
