Coordinate with contractors, internal crews, and landowners so that trimming, removal, and treatment activities proceed safely and on time. Track work progress, collect field notes, and maintain clear records of completed tasks and outstanding items. Review maps, photos, and basic spatial data to refine future work lists and route planning. Follow established safety, environmental, and quality guidelines during all vegetation-related activities. Assist with communicating simple status updates and findings to supervisors and project stakeholders. Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with plant identification, growth patterns, or basic forestry concepts relevant to managed landscapes. Ability to read maps, follow planned routes, and record observations accurately in both field and office settings. Strong organizational habits for handling schedules, checklists, and simple documentation. Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with crews, contractors, and internal partners. Comfort following safety procedures and environmental rules while outdoors or near infrastructure. Willingness to travel between sites within the multi-location footprint as needed. Prior exposure to vegetation control, utility right-of-way work, landscaping, or environmental field support is helpful though not required for motivated candidates.
