About the Role
As an Associate/Senior Associate at Basis Health, you will help build the integrated insights that shape how pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies bring products to market. Working from our Chicago office, you will support engagements that span the entire product lifecycle, from early asset development through go-to-market planning and ongoing lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of integrated insights that inform clients' strategic and commercialization decisions.
- Partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations across each stage of the product lifecycle.
- Translate research and analysis into recommendations that advance go-to-market strategy and product success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality, client-ready work.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data within a healthcare or life sciences context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to clients and colleagues.
- Interest in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device commercialization.
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago, Cook County, in a collaborative consulting environment.
- Experience appropriate to the Associate or Senior Associate level, depending on background.
