Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction management or architecture, with a focus on project management
- Experience in applying for and obtaining construction permits
- Ability to research permit requirements with accuracy
- Comfortable interfacing with city staff and navigating administrative processes
- Clear communicator with a strong attention to detail
