We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Producer to join our remote team and help take us to the next level. As an Associate Producer, you will support the successful delivery of game features and content by coordinating cross-functional teams within a sprint-based development environment.
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail
- 2–4+ years of experience in a production, project management, or similar coordination role (games or related industries)
- Experience working in agile or sprint-based development environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience maintaining schedules and supporting on-time project delivery
- Ability to identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
- Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders and escalating issues when needed
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative, remote-first team
- Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones when required
