Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Associate Practice Optimization Partner to join our team across the United States. This full-time position offers the opportunity to partner directly with physician practice leaders to strengthen revenue cycle performance and operational efficiency. About the Role As an Associate Practice Optimization Partner at Ensemble Health Partners, you'll work directly with clinic operators and practice management teams to evaluate and enhance revenue cycle results. You'll deliver data-driven analysis and practical guidance to improve performance across registration, scheduling, collections, authorization management, charge posting, and patient engagement—helping physician practices optimize their financial health while strengthening the patient experience. Core Duties Examine front-end revenue cycle workflows in physician practices, from patient registration through charge reconciliation Analyze performance gaps in depth, identify underlying causes, and recommend targeted, actionable solutions Conduct independent research and investigation to address complex revenue cycle challenges Develop and deliver training materials and educational sessions for practice staff based on findings Coordinate with Pre-Access and other revenue cycle specialists on referral and authorization matters Partner across Ensemble Health Partners teams to resolve issues and deliver high-quality, personalized support Lead meetings and discussions with practice leadership, demonstrating professional presence and building strong relationships Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere while working onsite at client facilities as business needs require Skills & Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in revenue cycle optimization, consulting, or related practice management roles Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience In-depth knowledge of physician practice revenue cycle operations Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to break down complex problems Proficiency with data analysis and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence Ability to adapt quickly to organizational changes and new initiatives Willingness to travel to client and corporate locations as needed CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company-paid training provided) Working at Ensemble Health Partners Ensemble Health Partners is a five-time "Best in KLAS" award winner (2020–2022, 2024–2025) recognized for delivering technology-enabled revenue cycle solutions to health systems across the country.
