About the Role As an Associate Manager, Restaurant Off Platform Measurement, you'll lead the development and enhancement of measurement and reporting infrastructure for our Ads & Promotions team. Working within an organization that bridges advertising and e-commerce, you'll empower restaurant partners and internal teams with insights that drive measurable business impact. Your focus will center on building scalable measurement frameworks, orchestrating third-party data partnerships, and implementing privacy-compliant technologies that enable sophisticated targeting and attribution across our advertiser ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Build, scale, and optimize reporting and measurement systems that serve restaurant advertisers and internal business teams Execute third-party data integrations and partner collaborations to enhance measurement capabilities Lead the deployment of privacy-preserving measurement approaches, including clean rooms and first-party data frameworks Translate technical marketing requirements into actionable data products and insights for non-technical stakeholders Collaborate with product, analytics, data engineering, and partnerships teams to test and implement new measurement technologies Drive continuous improvement in targeting accuracy, measurement reliability, and attribution modeling What We're Looking For 4-6+ years of experience in marketing technology, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing operations (high-growth startup background preferred) Advanced proficiency with SQL for data processing, automation, and analysis Hands-on expertise with digital tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement across web and app platforms Demonstrated experience implementing and managing adtech solutions: mobile measurement partners, customer data platforms, and data clean rooms Strong background with advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and API integrations for app attribution Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage complex projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments Exceptional communication and project management skills with attention to quality delivery Bachelor's degree required Working at DoorDash USA DoorDash is transforming local commerce through technology and logistics innovation.
