As an Associate Director, you will lead significant commissions, ensuring excellent client outcomes, and support the growth of our business. You will work closely with senior leaders to deliver technically robust, commercially sound and timely work, while fostering a high-quality experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification (degree or equivalent) or higher-education certificate, with the ability to obtain jurisdiction-specific certifications where required.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar role within the engineering and construction industry or related professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, developing and securing fee-earning work.
- Membership of a relevant professional body, with willingness to obtain any additional accreditations for service delivery.
- Strong leadership capability, with a track record of developing teams and managing complex commissions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- A reputation for professional excellence, commercial awareness and collaborative working.
