Responsibilities Develop brand-level creative platforms and campaign frameworks grounded in audience research, cultural awareness, and platform-specific performance insights Translate brand objectives and business goals into strategic briefs that direct original, high-performing creative work Monitor performance metrics, trending formats, and audience behavior to continuously refine and strengthen creative direction Serve as the primary creative strategic partner for assigned clients, managing client relationships and presenting strategy with conviction Work closely with production teams to ensure strategic concepts translate into clear, executable direction for creators and designers Spot emerging cultural moments and real-time platform opportunities to develop responsive creative within relevant windows Build and maintain recurring content frameworks and storytelling systems that establish distinct brand voice in social feeds Contribute to campaigns and creative initiatives that achieve industry recognition and strengthen agency reputation Actively explore and integrate AI tools into creative strategy processes and stay current with emerging capabilities What You Bring 6–8 years of social-first creative strategy experience with a track record of developing data-informed concepts for mid-to-large scale brands Demonstrated ability to build and sustain cohesive brand creative identities across multiple campaign cycles Portfolio showcasing original, platform-native concepts with clear strategic rationale and measurable performance outcomes Sharp, current understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms with insight into where trends are…
