The Opportunity As Associate Director, Clinical Trial Lead, you'll play a central role in advancing our clinical development pipeline. This is your chance to drive meaningful innovation in heart health by designing, managing, and executing clinical trials that bring targeted cardiovascular treatments from concept to patient benefit. You'll join a team led by founder and physician-scientist leadership, working on the cutting edge of precision medicine in cardiology. Your Responsibilities Lead the design, setup, and execution of clinical trials evaluating novel cardiovascular treatments Develop and refine trial protocols in collaboration with medical and regulatory teams Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring all trials meet FDA and ICH guidelines Manage clinical trial budgets, timelines, and operational milestones Coordinate with clinical sites, investigators, and patient recruitment partners Monitor trial safety data and patient outcomes in real time Prepare regulatory submissions and communicate findings to regulatory agencies Champion data integrity and quality across all trial operations Who We're Looking For 7+ years in clinical trial management, ideally in cardiovascular or adjacent therapeutic areas Direct experience leading clinical trials from protocol development through closeout Proven knowledge of FDA regulations, GCP guidelines, and clinical trial best practices Project management and cross-functional leadership skills Strong communication abilities with regulatory, medical, and operational teams Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to data accuracy and patient safety Passion for advancing cardiovascular treatments and improving patient outcomes About the Company Kardigan is a heart health company founded on the vision that cardiovascular disease can be prevented and cured.
