Glanbia is seeking an Associate Customer Business Manager to support the day-to-day execution, analysis, and coordination required to grow Glanbia‘s business across Amazon US and Canada. The role will focus on customer and commercial support, catalog and digital shelf management, advertising and merchandising support, analytics and insights, supply chain and operations support, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in sales, ecommerce, marketing, or strategy within CPG industry
- Hands-on experience working with Amazon Retail, Amazon Advertising, or Amazon Fresh
- Understanding of Amazon US/CA marketplace dynamics including retail, advertising, and supply chain fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
