Your work will center on the legal needs of providers and their clinics, with an emphasis on contracting matters and the practical, day-to-day issues that arise across a growing network of physician practices. Key Responsibilities Advise on and manage provider contracting for MUSC Health's community physician groups. Handle a range of legal matters affecting provider clinics and their operations. Partner with colleagues to shape and refine provider contracting practices across the organization. Provide counsel on provider compensation arrangements and related agreements. Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel and report to the Associate General Counsel for MUSC Physicians. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and admission to practice law. Experience in healthcare law, with a focus on provider or physician contracting strongly preferred. Working knowledge of provider compensation models and clinic-related legal issues. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, administrators, and clinical leaders.
