Role Overview
We’re seeking an Associate-level Brand Strategist to take ownership of a book of business of 5-10 e-commerce clients. This role involves discussing marketing strategies with clients, tracking and reporting on performance metrics, and working collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
What You Will Do
Develop marketing strategies to help clients achieve and surpass their business goals, track and report on KPIs, facilitate communication between clients and internal team members, and lead weekly calls with clients.

Requirements
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid media for direct-to-consumer businesses
- 1+ years of agency experience
- Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp and Asana
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing ROI-driven digital marketing strategies
- Understanding of growth/performance marketing metrics
- Experience working with data and delivering insights and recommendations to clients
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field
