What You'll Do Develop and execute comprehensive early career recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and hiring forecasts across investment and operational teams Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment for analyst, associate, and entry-level professional roles Manage relationships with universities, professional organizations, and recruitment partners to build a robust pipeline of early career talent Design, oversee, and continuously improve early career development programs, including internships, rotational programs, and mentorship initiatives Partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to refine recruitment processes, improve time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience Track recruiting metrics, prepare reporting for leadership, and provide insights on talent market trends and competitive intelligence Represent Oaktree at career fairs, university recruiting events, and professional networking functions throughout Los Angeles and beyond What We're Looking For Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR program management, ideally in financial services, investment management, or a competitive recruiting environment Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple recruitment cycles and program initiatives simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfort engaging with executives, junior professionals, and university partners Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting tools, HRIS systems, and analytics to inform decision-making Knowledge of alternative investments, financial markets, or investment management is a plus Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is valued Ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally for recruiting events and relationship-building About Oaktree Capital Management Oaktree Capital Management is a leading global investment manager with…
