Skills & Qualifications Proven background in food and beverage service, ideally including some team leadership within hotels or comparable venues. Clear ability to lead people, build team spirit and communicate expectations effectively. Strong interpersonal skills for handling guests, colleagues and suppliers with confidence and care. Solid understanding of food-safety practices, cost awareness and basic menu coordination. Flexibility to work a part-time pattern that can include evenings, weekends and public holidays.
