What You'll Do Architect and implement scalable, low‑latency services using Java, C++, or Python in a Linux‑based environment. Develop APIs and micro‑services that ingest, transform, and distribute market and client data for wealth‑management applications. Collaborate with quantitative analysts to translate trading strategies into production‑grade code. Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration pipelines. Mentor junior engineers, participate in design discussions, and drive adoption of best practices across the team. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement improvements to meet stringent availability and latency targets. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in financial services or a similarly regulated industry. Strong proficiency in object‑oriented programming (Java, C++, or C#) and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python. Experience building distributed systems, message queues, and RESTful/gRPC APIs. Understanding of asset‑management or wealth‑management concepts, including portfolio construction, risk metrics, and client reporting. Excellent problem‑solving skills, with a focus on performance optimization and reliability. Effective communication abilities to work across technical and business stakeholders.
