About the Role

As an Assessment Specialist with the Red Gate Group, you will strengthen CENTCOM's external communications by evaluating how media and social media engagement resonates with key stakeholders. Your timely, evidence-based analysis will directly inform messaging decisions and help the command understand the impact of its outreach. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Tampa, FL area.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze interactions across traditional media and social media platforms involving priority audiences.
• Deliver prompt, actionable assessments that guide CENTCOM's communication strategies.
• Identify trends, sentiment, and themes to surface meaningful patterns for decision-makers.
• Translate complex engagement data into clear, useful findings for command stakeholders.
• Support the ongoing refinement of outreach approaches to key audiences.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance, as required for this CENTCOM support position.
• Demonstrated skill in media and/or social media analysis and assessment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings.
• Ability to work on-site at MacDill AFB in the Tampa, FL area.
