Assembler – Dallas

American Textile Company is hiring a full-time Assembler at its Lancaster, Dallas facility — a hands-on production role at the heart of our pillow manufacturing operation.

About the Role

As an Assembler with American Textile Company in Lancaster, Dallas, you will play a critical part in keeping production lines running smoothly. This position focuses on pillow packaging and packing operations carried out to ATC quality standards, with accurate data entry into the ATC system. New hires and internal transfers are expected to reach full production standard within one week.

Key Responsibilities

• Box and pack pillows in accordance with American Textile Company standards and daily work assignments
• Record completed production data accurately in the ATC system
• Supply production lines with the necessary components to maintain workflow
• Load hoppers with fiber as required by production schedules
• Construct boxes used for pillow packaging
• Support overall production efficiency on the manufacturing floor

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive assembly and packing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Capacity to learn and meet production standards within one week of hire or transfer
• Basic data entry skills for recording output in company systems
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical demands of a production floor role
