What You'll Do Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting building owners, property managers, facilities directors, and general contractors across the Philadelphia and Harrisburg regions. Identify and pursue opportunities for service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and system upgrades on installed building automation and HVAC control systems. Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, site assessments, and proactive account management. Collaborate with branch technical teams in Harleysville and Mechanicsburg to scope, price, and deliver compelling service proposals. Manage a robust sales pipeline — from prospecting and qualification through close — accurately forecasting revenue in CRM tools. Represent Siemens at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities throughout the territory. Partner with cross-functional colleagues to ensure seamless handoffs from sale to service delivery, protecting customer satisfaction and contract renewal rates. What We're Looking For Demonstrated success in B2B technical sales, ideally within building automation, HVAC controls, building management systems (BMS/BAS), or a related mechanical/electrical services field. Proven ability to develop new business while nurturing and expanding existing accounts. Strong consultative communication skills — able to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with service contract structures and the ability to position multi-year agreements to facility decision-makers. Self-directed work style suited to managing a geographically dispersed territory with minimal day-to-day oversight. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent professional experience.
