What You'll Do Execute comprehensive territory sales strategies designed to maximize awareness, adoption, and patient access to Acadia's rare disease portfolio. Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and specialized care centers to establish product expertise and trust. Deliver evidence-based educational content and therapeutic area insights to prescribers, aligned with regulatory compliance and marketing guidelines. Analyze market dynamics and coverage patterns to optimize field activity and ensure efficient resource allocation within budget and governance frameworks. Represent Acadia at professional conferences, patient advocacy events, and training forums to remain current on clinical advances and industry trends. Support patient access initiatives by guiding providers on product utilization, pricing options, and reimbursement pathways in collaboration with internal teams. Resolve provider concerns swiftly and escalate complex questions to appropriate internal departments for expedited resolution. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, medical affairs, and patient support to ensure seamless provider and patient experiences. Commit to ongoing professional development and assume leadership responsibilities as opportunities arise within the sales organization. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's degree required; life sciences background preferred. A minimum of three years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least one year in specialty sales with emphasis on rare disease, neurology, or related therapeutic areas.
