Compensation ranges from $32 to $41 per hour, set according to relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Direct archaeological field crews through survey, recording, and excavation activities throughout Nevada. Coordinate project logistics and field schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager II. Maintain accurate site documentation and records that satisfy agency and compliance requirements. Apply professional best practices to safeguard cultural resources during environmental and land-use projects. Support quality control and reporting to keep projects on track and aligned with regulatory expectations. Qualifications Demonstrated archaeological field experience sufficient to qualify for statewide permitting through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Nevada. Proven ability to lead and direct field teams in a structured, compliance-focused environment. Strong skills in archaeological survey methods, site recording, and field documentation. Capacity to work full-time on regular, hourly terms based in or near Reno, Washoe County.
