About the Role
As an Aquatic Specialist based in Saint Louis, you will play a key part in the day-to-day management and care of lakes, ponds, and other water resources. This is a full-time, on-site position with SOLitude Lake Management, a proud member of the Rentokil family of companies — the global leader in pest control and related services operating across more than 90 countries. Key Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing maintenance and treatment of lakes, ponds, and aquatic systems for residential, commercial, and community clients.
- Apply environmentally responsible solutions to promote balanced and sustainable water ecosystems.
- Travel to client sites throughout the Saint Louis area to perform field assessments and service work.
- Represent SOLitude Lake Management professionally while building trusted relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Genuine interest in aquatic ecology, environmental stewardship, or natural resource management.
- Comfort performing physical, outdoor work in varying weather and field conditions.
- Reliable, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to safety and service quality.
- Willingness to travel locally within Saint Louis County to client locations.
