Job Description:
As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients’ AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications
- Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration
- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation
- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability
- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows
- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic
- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with international clients is a plus
