Position Summary

T-Mark is seeking a motivated Apprentice Plumber who is serious about building a long-term career in the plumbing industry. This is not a temporary position or a general labor role—we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade, develop their skills, and grow into a successful Plumbing Technician.

The Apprentice Plumber will work alongside experienced plumbers, assisting with residential plumbing installations, repairs, maintenance, and service while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Learn how to diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions
• Assist with installing and repairing water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and sewer systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Properly use and care for tools, equipment, and materials
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete required paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Represent T-Mark professionally at all times

Requirements

• Must have a genuine interest in pursuing plumbing as a long-term career
• Desire to learn a skilled trade and grow within the industry
• Previous plumbing, construction, mechanical, or trade experience is a plus but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Coachable attitude and ability to take direction
• Dependable and reliable with a positive attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
