We are seeking a dedicated professional to help us navigate the complex landscape of competition law and ensure our operations across Europe maintain the highest standards of legal compliance. About the Role As an Antitrust Compliance Specialist at Continental, you will play a critical part in safeguarding our organisation's adherence to antitrust and competition regulations. This remote role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in one of the most dynamic areas of corporate law, working alongside our Legal team to identify compliance risks, implement preventative measures, and support Continental's global business objectives. What You'll Do Monitor and interpret evolving competition law and antitrust regulations across our operating jurisdictions, particularly within the European Union Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures to reflect current legal standards Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments across Continental's business units Prepare training materials and deliver sessions to colleagues on antitrust compliance requirements Review contracts, agreements, and business arrangements for potential competition law risks Support the Legal team in responding to regulatory inquiries and investigations Maintain detailed documentation of compliance activities and create actionable compliance reports Who We're Looking For Qualified lawyer with a strong background in competition law, antitrust regulations, or related legal practice Proven experience in compliance roles, preferably within a multinational corporate environment Excellent knowledge of EU competition law and regulatory frameworks Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional EU languages are beneficial Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Self-motivated professional comfortable working independently in a remote environment About Continental Continental is a leading technology company serving the automotive, industrial, and mobility sectors worldwide.
