Ancillary Specialist

About the Role

As an Ancillary Specialist (classified at the Designer III or IV level) reporting to our VP of Design, you will take a sales-oriented, consultative approach to design. Your core mission is to partner with our sales team to co-sell, win projects, and move the organization toward its broader revenue objectives. This full-time, on-site position in Duraleigh, Wake County, rewards specialists who pair design talent with commercial instinct.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales colleagues to co-sell and secure new project wins.
• Apply specialized knowledge of ancillary products and social space solutions to elevate each proposal.
• Provide consultative, knowledge-based expertise that adds measurable value and sets Storr apart from competitors.
• Support the organization in reaching its established sales targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated, in-depth experience within the office environments industry, particularly ancillary furniture and social space design.
• Proven ability to advise clients and deliver expertise that differentiates and creates value.
• A sales-minded mindset with the confidence to engage directly in the selling process.
• Design proficiency consistent with a Designer III or IV classification.
