Cullinan Properties is hiring an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join its team at Oak Brook Mall in DuPage County, Illinois. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a finance-minded real estate professional eager to help steward a diverse, growing commercial portfolio.
About the Role
As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, Asset Management, you will support the performance and long-term value of a wide-ranging real estate portfolio. Working closely with senior leadership at the Oak Brook Mall office, you'll contribute financial insight and analysis that informs decisions across commercial and mixed-use assets. This position offers strong exposure to the full asset lifecycle within an established, multidisciplinary developer.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine financial models, valuations, and cash-flow projections for assets under management.
- Track property and portfolio performance against budgets, forecasts, and ownership objectives.
- Prepare reporting, presentations, and analysis to support strategic asset decisions.
- Assist with underwriting, due diligence, and evaluation of acquisitions and ongoing investments.
- Collaborate with development, property management, and leadership teams across the firm's holdings.
Qualifications
- Background in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail paired with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Experience across asset types such as retail, office, multifamily, mixed-use, or healthcare is advantageous, particularly for the Senior Analyst level.
- Ability to work on-site full-time at the Oak Brook Mall office in DuPage County.
