We are seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Inventory Recovery & Unfulfillable Specialist to join our Global Services team. The role will involve identifying, investigating, and recovering value from inventory exceptions across Amazon accounts.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon FBA inventory operations
- Experience with unfulfillable inventory workflows, removal orders, and disposition management
- Proficiency with Amazon’s FBA inventory reports, reconciliation tools, and Seller Support case management
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and SKUs simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills in English
