We are seeking an Amazon Category Growth Manager to own a multi-million dollar product category on Amazon and drive growth through disciplined execution and data-backed decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience owning product or category growth in e-commerce or marketplaces
- Proven ability to scale revenue and profitability, either as a brand owner or within a growth team
- Strong analytical instincts and comfort making decisions from performance data
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or the ability to quickly master platform-specific tools
- Comfortable operating within defined systems before pushing for change
- Motivated by clear goals, performance benchmarks, and winning as part of a high-performing team
- Collaborative, accountable, and driven by continuous improvement
