About the Role

As an Alterations Customer Service Representative at David's Bridal in Rockville, you serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the alterations team. You'll coordinate the flow of garments, communicate timelines, and ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and cared for. This position reports directly to the Store Manager.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers to the Alterations department and guide them through the fittings and alterations process
• Schedule and confirm alteration appointments, managing the department calendar accurately
• Communicate realistic alteration timelines and follow up with customers on garment-ready status and pickup coordination
• Log and track each order in the alterations system, ensuring records are complete and up to date
• Collect and process payments for alteration services at point of completion
• Serve as a liaison between customers and seamstresses, conveying alteration requests accurately
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex situations to the Store Manager when appropriate
• Maintain an organized, welcoming department environment that reflects David's Bridal brand standards
