Operate test equipment, run functional and environmental test campaigns, capture raw data and flag anomalies in real time. Perform root-cause analysis on failed or non-compliant assemblies and implement corrective actions in coordination with design and quality teams. Maintain clean, safe and calibrated workstations; manage tooling, fixtures and inventory needed for continuous AIT flow. Generate clear build and test reports, non-conformance records and as-built configuration data for configuration control. Support continuous improvement of AIT processes, fixturing and test software to raise yield and reduce cycle time. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace or mechatronics engineering, or equivalent practical experience in AIT environments. Proven hands-on experience assembling, integrating and testing complex electro-mechanical or electronic systems. Working knowledge of technical drawings, wiring diagrams, geometric dimensioning and tolerance practices, and standard measurement tools. Comfort reading and writing detailed procedures, work instructions and test reports in English.
