Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with Airbnb and Vrbo management. In this role, you’ll be responsible for optimizing online listings, managing customer communications, and adjusting pricing strategies to ensure the best competitive rates in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Airbnb & Vrbo Management:
• Oversee daily operations of Airbnb and Vrbo listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and optimized for maximum visibility.
• Respond to guest inquiries and manage booking processes efficiently.
• Ensure that all guest communication is prompt, professional, and personalized.
• Online Customer Pricing:
• Monitor and adjust pricing on platforms to ensure competitive and profitable rates.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to ensure optimal pricing strategies are in place.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Airbnb and/or Vrbo property management is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings at once.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies and market research.
• Proficiency in online platforms and tools (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
