As a Senior AI Transformation Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You will be a key part of setting the strategy, operating model, and execution plans for cross-functional programs that are critical to the AI-driven transformation of Google Marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in program management, product operations, or a related operational role
- Experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents
- Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmaps and manage program execution
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
