We are hiring an AI Full Stack Engineer to build, optimize, and scale AI-powered infrastructure across the full stack for a fast-growing marketing agency based in the United States. The role involves building and scaling AI pipelines, including AI Communication Pipelines, AI-Powered Sales Intelligence, RAG System, Trend Intelligence Engine, Content Quality Pipeline, Automated Lead Qualification, AI Executive Assistant, and more. The engineer will operate at the intersection of AI and production systems, leveraging skills such as production LLM experience, RAG system experience, TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, API integrations, and Linux server experience.
Requirements
- Production LLM experience (Claude/OpenAI in real systems)
- RAG system experience (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, context handling)
- 3+ years TypeScript / Node.js
- Strong React skills
- PostgreSQL (queries, migrations, indexing)
- API integrations (REST, OAuth, webhooks)
- Linux server experience (SSH, logs, debugging, deployments)
