You'll manage the complete lifecycle of Claude for Microsoft 365 deployments, from initial customer discovery through long-term ongoing support, ensuring enterprise clients maximize AI value while maintaining security and governance standards. About the Role This full-time position combines delivery and support responsibilities. You'll execute new customer onboarding engagements—conducting technical discovery, architecting secure Claude deployments, building governance frameworks, and educating client teams—while simultaneously supporting live environments through responsive support, continuous monitoring, and optimization efforts. We prefer candidates located near one of our Centers of Excellence (Lombard, IL; McLean, VA; Shreveport, LA; Overland Park, KS); travel may be required occasionally. Key Responsibilities Conduct discovery workshops to understand client Microsoft 365 architecture, identify data systems, assess compliance and security needs, evaluate user groups and business priorities Deploy Claude securely within Microsoft 365 tenants: configure Entra ID authentication and SSO, define granular data-access permissions, and build integrations with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and related services Configure and deploy AI skills from Ntiva's catalog; customize and develop new skills to address unique client requirements Design and implement governance frameworks covering acceptable use, data handling, access controls, audit logging, and compliance adherence (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) Develop and deliver training to client administrators and end users; create documentation, operations guides, and quick-reference materials Manage delivery engagements: scope changes, timeline tracking, deliverable oversight, and stakeholder communication Process and resolve client support inquiries; manage ticket lifecycle to meet SLA targets; provide status updates and escalations Monitor system performance and usage patterns; run regular health assessments and address issues proactively before user impact Maintain current configurations as Claude, Anthropic models, and Microsoft 365 platforms evolve; apply updates and manage dependency changes Review governance compliance through audit-log analysis; detect and correct framework drift Solicit customer input; recommend skill enhancements, system improvements, and capability expansions Maintain customer relationships through periodic reviews, usage and value reporting, opportunity identification, and vendor support coordination What You Bring Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 system administration, including Entra ID, Purview, Teams, and SharePoint environments Familiarity with…
