- 3. 参与数据特征工程、模型评估体系与效果分析。
- 4. 与工程团队协作，解决算法在生产环境中的性能、稳定性与可维护性问题。
- 5. 跟进算法前沿技术，持续提升模型效果与业务价值。
任职要求
- 1. 5 年及以上算法相关经验，具备扎实的机器学习 / 深度学习基础。
- 2. 熟悉常见模型与训练流程，具备实际业务落地经验。
- 3. 理解算法工程化流程，能配合完成模型上线与迭代。
- 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维与问题分析能力。
- 5. 对业务结果负责，具备持续优化意识
